This summer, enjoy a refreshing Iced Caramel Cappuccino with this recipe!

Sweet caramel and creamy cappuccino come together in an adult milkshake you’ll love. Top with a swirl of foam and an extra drizzle of caramel syrup and enjoy.

 

For best results, we recommend using a Van Houtte® Espresso Superiore K-Cup® pod, or a Timothy’s® Rainforest Espresso K-Cup® pod.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 1 espresso coffee K-Cup® pod.
  • ½ cup of your preferred milk or dairy substitute
  • 2 tbsp. of caramel sauce
  • Ice
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. NOTE: Do not brew over ice in a glass cup.
  2. Fill the frother with milk up to the min line and select the cold setting.
  3. Fill a 16 oz plastic tumbler.
  4. Drizzle desired amount of caramel sauce down the inside of the plastic tumbler.
  5. Add in desired amount of sweetener and place under the coffee maker.
  6. Brew a pod using the smallest size setting.
  7. Pour the desired amount of frothed milk into the coffee, reserving a little foam to spoon over the top.
  8. If desired, top with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
